I Am Fed Up

Posted on May 24th, 2010 in Economy,Our Society by Mr. Koolaid

This is a great video, that is clearly done as an anti-establishment statement, and it’s oh so true.

It doesn’t matter what your party affiliation is, you have to be disgusted by what’s going on, don’t you?

We Are Stupid Americans

Posted on May 20th, 2010 in Our Society by Mr. Koolaid

I’m really wondering how long it took to fill this video up with idiotic people, aren’t you? Don’t you know dozens, or perhaps hundreds of people like this right here in our own neighborhoods?

I actually had to turn it off as I cringed in embarrassment when I saw it… and i was alone!

New York Legislature in Action

Posted on May 10th, 2010 in Local Government,Your Rights by Mr. Koolaid

I happen to be an e-smoker, so I watched this entire video, and the only thing worse than the fuzzy and awful video quality was the way the New York state senate seems to work!

Kids Today Have It Way Too Easy

Posted on May 4th, 2010 in Age,Humor by Mr. Koolaid

There’s nothing political about this, and it’s another treat that came to me via email that I had to share…

When I was a kid, adults used to bore me to tears with their tedious diatribes about how hard things were. When they were growing up; what with walking twenty-five miles to school every morning…. Uphill… Barefoot… BOTH ways… yadda, yadda, yadda

Kids Spreading the Wealth | Or Not?

Posted on April 2nd, 2010 in Economy by Mr. Koolaid

Standing around after baseball practice, we were talking about what the kids wanted to be when they grew up.

One of the kids, (his parents being very outspoken liberals, and even he seems happy to spout about “stupid Republicans”) said he wanted to be President some day, and his parents were both standing right there.

Congressional Reform

Posted on December 30th, 2009 in Politics by Mr. Koolaid

I know many of you will say, “this is impossible” but since Congress has the lowest approval of any entity in Government, now is a time when Americans could actually join together to reform Congress – the entity that represents us. It’s not a Democrat or Republican issue, it’s a moral and ethical one, to keep out country strong.

America is Not a Religious Country

President Barack Obama said recently in Turkey that - “We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values.”

The Benefits of Sleep

Posted on November 6th, 2009 in Immigration,Politics by ramirezu

In this third world country which I call home, a taste of the good life is always a good nights sleep away. Maybe thats why for some, they simply wake up no more. But then again for others, as soon as they wake up, they pack their bags up, they leave the country which gave birth to them and they bring the hope that the better life could finally be found in that land where almost everything comes in Extra Large.

“Cadillac Plan” Tax – Health Reform

Posted on October 31st, 2009 in Health Care by Mr. Koolaid

My mother in law says that this article at the Washington post is saying that MY health insurance plan, which I pay for, for MY family (and have since 2002) is going to be called a “Cadillac Plan” and will somehow be taxed?

Can this possibly be true?
