Finally, someone seems to get it. Jason Whitlock at the Kansas City Star wrote a great piece, and I’m sure the NAACP will ask for his resignation over it.
Imus was guilty of assuming that the words he used had become so mainstream and widely accepted, that he could made this joke in bad taste under the guise of free speech.
